Woodspring Suites El Paso

Helpful staff, fairly clean hotel, very affordable and large room. The rooms with a single bed. Marvellous and convenient location in El Paso, near to El Paso for extended period of time and restaurants and shopping centers and stores.

The hotel is a convenient spot close to El Paso Zoo, which my kiddie loved. The staff was attentive and made the check-in process smooth. I appreciated the spacious room, letting us spread out comfortably .

My kids wished there were more activities for younger guests.

During my stay, the dirty towels and lack of room service were disappointing, but I appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen and free WiFi..

Staying here had its ups and downs. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient. The noise levels from neighbors were frustrating and the cleanliness wasn’t as expected, with some roaches making unwelcome visits. Not the worst, but there is room for improvement.

Good hotel with great amenities like free parking, laundry, and air conditioning. The staff helped me find transport during my first stay, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend for comfort and convenience!

The stay was decent for the price. The room had a good amount of space and a nice shower. The location wasn’t ideal for my needs. The nearby attractions were a plus, allowing for easy exploration during downtime.

The Standard Double Room was pretty nice, clean, and had a comfy bed. The kitchenette was a real plus for making meals. But the noise from neighbors was a bit much at times, annoying. Decent stay but could use better soundproofing.

The shower in my room was broken, and when I called to complain, they suggested I just leave instead of helping.

The staff is super friendly and really helpful. Eddie and Nichole were amazing. They made everything easy. The room was super clean with a cozy bed, and I loved having a full kitchen for breakfast. One thing, though, no free breakfast, but I was fine with that. Works for longer stays!
